About

HealthInfos is an independent health and wellness publication. We turn peer-reviewed research and guidance from leading health organizations into clear, practical guides you can actually use — in six languages.

Our Mission

Health information online is often confusing, contradictory, or buried in jargon. Our goal is simple: give you a direct, honest answer to the health question you searched for, explain the evidence behind it, and show you what you can do about it in everyday life. No miracle cures, no fear-mongering — just what the research actually supports.

What We Cover

We publish in seven core areas: Nutrition (foods, diets, and eating patterns), Sleep (routines, sleep science, and common problems), Supplements (what the evidence supports — and what it doesn’t), Fitness (practical movement and strength for long-term health), Mental Health (stress, anxiety, and healthy habits), Digestion (gut health), and Wellness (skin, eyes, hormones, and healthy aging). You can browse every article we have published on our All Topics page.

How We Create Our Content

Every article on HealthInfos follows the same editorial process:

  • We start with real questions. Topics are chosen from questions people actually search for and from current developments in health research — not from whatever is easiest to write.
  • We consult primary sources. Our guides draw on public health authorities and research institutions such as the NIH, WHO, CDC, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Mayo Clinic, and Cleveland Clinic, as well as peer-reviewed studies and professional association guidelines.
  • We cite and link our sources. Each article ends with a source list linking to the institutions and studies behind the key claims, so you can verify anything we say.
  • We are honest about limits. When the evidence is weak, mixed, or early — as it often is for popular trends — we say so plainly. Many of our articles include a “who should be cautious” section, because most health advice is not right for everyone.
  • We review and update. Articles display their publication and last-updated dates, and we correct errors promptly. You can read the full details in our Editorial Policy.

One Site, Six Languages

Good health information should not depend on the language you speak. Every guide is researched and written in English, then carefully adapted into Spanish, German, French, Japanese, and Korean, so readers can find the same evidence-based answers in their own language.
